Australia Trade Connections (ATC) was formed as a family run business in 2005 by the Fyfe family. The core values behind the company of individual and personalized service was born out of a real understanding when the Fyfe family moved to Australia back in 1990. The realization of a better lifestyle and also the great need and opportunity that exists in Australia is something the family relates to and understands.

In 1990 as a young family of five Andrew and Christine along with their three boys Christopher, Stephen and Jamie all sight the move as one of the best decisions ever made. Having enjoyed making Australia home the company is now actively managed and run on a daily basis by Christine and Christopher.
Andrew has a successful and developing career in the automotive industry starting as a mechanic in 1990 and now being dealer principal as part of a large franchise.

Christine has experience in the finance and banking industry and on a personal level “feels very lucky to have watched her boys grow up through primary school, high school and on to university”.

Christopher has studied business and commerce at university and has experience in the service and retail industry. “Marketing and human resource management were among my favorite subjects so it is a pleasure to put them in to practice working on something I am truly passionate about and have experienced firsthand”.

Stephen realized his dream formed by the flight to Australia back in 1990 by becoming a commercial airline pilot for Qantas.

Jamie is currently undertaking the business and commerce degree after having taken time out to travel back to the UK and through Europe and America.

As ATC has expanded, grown and hired staff it has held true to its personalized attention that has made the company successful to date. During the skills shortage in Australia ATC has developed some strong business partners and a range of employer connections throughout the years. The establishment of a one stop comprehensive service provides value to both employees and employers.
Long term the company is focused on its “value adding partnerships” business plan. This model seeks to create better integration with businesses through common goals and objectives whilst at the same time streamlining the logistics of the recruitment process.
